Before you begin working at Ryla, we offer a comprehensive training curriculum and certification process. It's our mission to make sure you are equipped with all the tools and information necessary to manage customer interactions.
Not only do we train you about aspects of customer campaigns, we also teach you how to become an expert at handling the customer services needs of every client we do business with.
We develop a full curriculum - including electronic and printed training manuals, presentations, quizzes, and coaching techniques - to meet customer requirements. We have instructors who train new associates and cross-train existing ones, based on the needs at hand.
After we train you, we test you to make sure you have the skills needed to meet and exceed customer requirements. Our operators are tested using certification exams. And only certified operators are allowed to handle customer interaction campaigns.
In addition to job training, Ryla also offers personal and professional development training to each employee.
