Rapid Scripting And Application Development


Ryla has developed OASIS, a .NET browser-based framework that allows for rapid scripting and application development. This environment is fully integrated with the Avaya platform, and allows for screen-pop functionality and CTI integration to the Avaya IP Agent soft-phone.
  • Microsoft shop using SQL 2005 for database and .NET for application development (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET etc)

  • Extensive integration experience with multiple third party platforms and applications (web services)

  • All customer applications are built using OASIS - Ryla's .NET data driven framework that is fully integrated with our telephony switches (CTI)
