Ryla is one of six companies in the US that has deployed the latest version of the Avaya PDS product, Proactive Contact. Due to our expertise and storied history in the outbound and predictive dialer market, we were part of the Beta project for this product. This latest version allows for better agent management via automatic blending and consolidated reporting between inbound and outbound projects.

SBCs from Nextone provide SIP and NAT translation services to complement the Avaya SIP Servers capabilities. We are currently licenses for 2,000 SIP trunks. This platform allows for up to 10,000 SIP trunks and capacity can be increased on the fly via licensing.

NICE Perform provides QA and recording capabilities. This platform is completely integrated with the Avaya ACD platform and allows recording triggering based on project, VDN, DID, or on demand. This platform allows for remote QA from the clients via the use of VPN.

IEX Totaview provides our scheduling and forecasting capabilities. The system is configured for real-time adherence to the Avaya platform.
